FR / Mathieu Lefèvre’s office: Samuel Just appointed Adviser on Circular economy

Samuel Just has been appointed adviser on the circular economy, land use efficiency, air quality and noise pollution in the office of Mathieu Lefèvre, Minister delegate to the Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Climate and Nature Negotiations, with responsibility for the ecological transition, with effect from 3 June 2026, by a decree dated 24 June 2026 and published in the Official Journal on 27 June 2026.

He replaces Aude Leday-Jacquet, who served as adviser on regional affairs, land use efficiency, air quality and noise pollution in Mathieu Lefèvre’s office from November 2025 to May 2026.

At the Ministry for Ecological Transition, Samuel Just served as adviser on the circular economy and risk prevention to Christophe Béchu from September 2023 to September 2024, and subsequently as adviser on the circular economy and risks to Agnès Pannier-Runacher until April 2025.
