Jessica Brouard-Masson has been appointed a member of Cerema's Strategic Council, as a representative of the State, and of the French public Commissariat général au Développement durable (General Commissariat for Sustainable Development), replacing Claire Sallenave, by an order published in the Official Journal on 07/06/2026.

As the Deputy Director of Scientific and Technical Coordination at the CGDD since April 2026, she is responsible for overseeing Cerema, IGN, Météo-France and the Gustave Eiffel University.

Prior to this, she was head of expertise and public policy at the French agency Anah (Agence nationale de l'amélioration de l'habitat), from 2018 to 2025, and adviser on urban policy and regional planning in the office of the Minister for Territorial Cohesion. A specialist in urban development and renewal policies, she has also worked for the French agency ANRU (agence nationale de rénovation urbaine) and the Ministry of Ecology, where she focused on urban planning, housing and transport infrastructure issues.
