FR / Decentralisation: plans to integrate Ademe's staff into Dreals "not satisfactory" (Conseil d'Etat)

The bill, which comprises 14 articles, was presented to the Council of Ministers by Françoise Gatel, Minister for Regional Planning and Decentralisation, on 20/05/2026. While the provisions relating to the development of a national spatial planning strategy and those aimed at strengthening the role of the prefect do not call for any particular comments, this is not the case for article 7.
