FR / Ministry for Ecological Transition: Yves-Marie Cann, Press and Communications Adviser

Yves-Marie Cann has been appointed press and communications Adviser in the office of Mathieu Lefèvre, Minister Delegate for Ecological Transition reporting to the Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Climate Negotiations, with effect from 06/05/2026, by an order dated 12/05/2026, published in the Journal officiel on 19/05/2026.

He replaces Tess Indycki, who was dismissed by the same order. Yves-Marie Cann was previously Media and Communications Adviser and Head of Communications in the office of Agnès Pannier-Runacher, then Minister for Ecological Transition, Energy, Climate and Risk Prevention, between October 2024 and October 2025.

He was previously media and communications Adviser to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty between February and September 2024.

Yves-Marie Cann, who obtained a master's degree in political communication from the Sorbonne in 2004, was previously adviser to Agnès Pannier-Runacher, then Minister Delegate for Industry, between July 2021 and May 2022.
