FR / Packaging / ERP: list of data transmitted by eco-organisations and transmission procedures (Order)

The purpose of the Order of 22/04/2026 issued by the Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Negotiations on Climate and Nature, published in the Journal officiel on 05/05/2026, is to define the nature of the regional data transmitted to the competent authority by the eco-organisations and approved individual systems of the extended producer responsibility product chains, as well as the methods of transmission.

It specifically amends the Order of 12/12/2022, relating to the data of the extended producer responsibility product chains.

The data concerned is that transmitted annually to the administrative authority, for each category of products covered by this extended responsibility, by producers subject to the principle of extended producer responsibility, that made available to the public electronically, for each eco-organisation and individual system, by the administrative authority, as well as that made available to the public electronically, by eco-organisations, when justified by the nature of the products covered by the approval.
