Cerema: Antoine Comte-Bellot appointed member of the Strategic Council, representing the DGITM

Antoie Comte-Bellot has been appointed a member of the Strategic Council of the French Centre d'études et d'expertise sur les risques, l'environnement, la mobilité et l'aménagement (Cerema), by an order of the Ministry for Ecological Transition of 17/03/2026, published in the Journal Officiel of 25/03.

Appointed as a representative of the State, representing the Directorate-General for Infrastructure, Transport and Mobility (DGITM), he succeeds Yves Duclere.

A referendary advisor at the Cour des Comptes ( French State Court of Auditors), Antoine Comte-Bellot has been deputy director of strategy, planning, innovation and digital technology at the DGITM since February 2026. He was previously Project Director of the Mobility Funding Conference.

Prior to this, Antoine Comte-Bellot was Programme Director for the Secrétariat Général à la Planification Ecologique (SGPE /General Secretariat for Ecological Planning), as well as a financial magistrate at the French Cour des Comptes. He has also been a rapporteur, notably for the Commission de Régulation de l'Énergie (CRE).
