EFRAG: Kristian Koktvedgaard appointed Acting Chair of the SRB, following Kerstin Lopatta's resignation

The EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) General Assembly has appointed Kristian Koktvedgaard as Acting Chair of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board (EFRAG SRB) with immediate effect on 8 October 2026.

Kristian Koktvedgaard has been a member of the EFRAG SRB since its establishment in March 2022. He will serve as Acting Chair during the interim period till the appointment of the new EFRAG SRB Chair by the EFRAG General Assembly following nomination by the European Commission in consultation with the European Parliament and the Council.
