Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund: acquisition of Miya Water, a specialist in water efficiency

Eurazeo, through its Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund (EPBF), has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Miya Water, the investment fund announced on 7 October 2026 in Paris. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
Miya Water, founded in 2007 and headquartered in Spain, is a global leader in water efficiency and the reduction of non-revenue water (NRW).

Miya’s founders, alongside the management team, will continue to provide strategic leadership to the company and will remain significant co-investors alongside EPBF.
