EUDR: amendments to the list of relevant commodities and products (OJEU)

European Commission Delegated Regulation 2026/2102 of 13 July 2026 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 as regards the list of relevant commodities and products, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 17 September 2026.

This Regulation aims to provide additional information on certain categories of products with the aim of ‘reducing the Union’s contribution to deforestation and forest degradation as much as possible’. To this end, it imposes due diligence obligations on operators, downstream operators and traders who place the commodities in question on the Union market, make them available on the Union market or export them from the Union market’, it states.
