Emilien Gasc appointed as policy coordinator for ETS, carbon removals and Bioeconomy Strategy at the SGEU

Emilien Gasc has been appointed as policy coordinator for ETS, carbon removals, forests and the Bioeconomy Strategy at the Secretariat General of the European Union (SGEU), he announced on LinkedIn on Wednesday 15 September. Prior to that, Emilien Gasc occupied different functions on Environment and Climate topics at the Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom during six years, between 2020 and 2026. He had spent the 11 previous years at the European Commission in Brussels as a policy officer on various Environment topics.
A French national, Emilien Gasc graduated from Sciences Po Rennes and the Université Grenoble Alpes and obtained a Master's degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, between 2001 and 2009.
