FR / ADEME: Louis Pasquier de Franclieu appointed member of the Board of Directors

Louis Pasquier de Franclieu has been appointed a member of the board of directors of the French public Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME) as the State’s representative by a decree dated 12 September 2026, published in the Official Journal on 13 September 2026. He was appointed on the recommendation of the Minister for the Budget and replaces Thomas Espeillac, who had represented the State at ADEME since 3 June 2024.

Louis Pasquier de Franclieu has been Deputy Director in charge of the Fourth Sub-Directorate of the Budget Directorate at the central administration of the Ministry of Public Action and Accounts since 1 August 2026.
