FR / IGN: signing of a performance agreement for 2025-2029 with the Ministry for Ecological Transition

Monique Barbut, Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Climate and Nature Negotiations, signed the COP 2025-2029 (Objectives and Performance Contract, or Performance Agreement) for the French public National Institute for Geographic and Forest Information (IGN) on 20 July 2026, according to a statement issued by the Ministries of Spatial Planning and Ecological Transition on 4 September 2026. This contract was also signed by Frédéric Gueudar-Delahaye, Chair of the IGN Board of Directors, and Sébastien Soriano, Director-General of the institute.
