Raphaël Glucksmann, a candidate in the Socialist Party’s primary for the 2027 French presidential election, has positioned ecological transformation as the cornerstone of his campaign. Speaking in Andilly-les-Marais (Charente-Mariitime) on August 25, 2026, he outlined plans to launch a 100-day “ecological revolution” immediately upon securing victory.

Mr. Glucksmann made these remarks the previous day during a joint appearance on the program Place publique with Yannick Jadot, a Green Party senator from Paris who has endorsed his candidacy, as well as a Member of the European Parliament.
