Julie Tissot has been appointed to the Strategic Advisory Board of Cerema (French public Centre for Studies and Expertise on Risks, the Environment, Mobility and Planning) as a representative of the State by order of the Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Negotiations on Climate and Nature, the Minister for Transport and the Minister for Urban Affairs and Housing, dated 9 July and published in the Official Journal on 16 July 2026. She replaces Gregory Pierresteguy.

Deputy Director for “Territory and Users” at the DGALN since 1 July 2026, she previously served as Deputy Director of the DRIEAT and Director of the Val-de-Marne departmental unit from 2022 to 2026. She also worked at Cerema’s Centre-East regional directorate as Director of the Construction…
