NGE: R. Hugues (TSO) and F. Bernadet (Sade) appointed Deputy Managing Directors

Romuald Hugues, chairman of the TSO rail division, and Frédéric Bernadet, managing director of Sade, a subsidiary specialising in the water cycle, have been appointed deputy managing directors of NGE with effect from 1 July 2026, the French construction group announced on 9 July.

They join the three other members of the group’s management team: Jean Bernadet, Chairman of NGE; Stéphane Perez, Chief Executive; and Jean-Sébastien Leoni, Deputy Chief Executive. According to NGE, these two appointments are intended to support two strategic growth areas linked to the green transition: the water cycle and decarbonised mobility.
