QBE Buyers' Club: Eight UK insurers and law firms launch first supply-chain Nature restoration consortium

Insurer QBE and seven partners from its claims supply chain launched the QBE Buyers Club on 30/06/2026, a nature restoration consortium committed to fund rewilding on a dedicated plot of Lincolnshire wildland for the next 50 years.

The group brings together QBE with law firms Clyde & Co, DWF and Keoghs, claims handler Sedgwick, claims company Prism Claims Group, accident repair group FMG and a national salvage dealer, working alongside rewilding company Nattergal and carbon markets adviser Nature Broking, which structured the partnership.

Rather than buying carbon credits on the open market or making a general sustainability pledge, the group is co-investing directly in 18 acres of Boothby Wildland, a former arable farm near Grantham that Nattergal acquired in 2021. The model is designed…
