Hazardous chemical substances: a revised rolling list of the Commission's restrictions roadmap (REACH)

A revised rolling list of the European Commission Restrictions roadmap, providing an updated overview of ongoing and planned restrictions on hazardous substances under the REACH Regulation, is presented by the institution on 02/06/2026.

This revision introduces "a clearer structure, shows progress made since 2022, when the Restrictions Roadmap was first introduced, and includes new entries, reinforcing transparency and supporting stakeholder engagement throughout the restriction process".

The roadmap's rolling list has been prepared in cooperation with the European chemicals agency (ECHA).
