Finance for Biodiversity: Titouan Barbier appointed as co-chair of the Target Setting Working Group

Titouan Barbier, ESG / Biodiversity analyst at Arkéa Asset Management, is appointed as the new co-chair of the Finance for Biodiversity's Target Setting Working Group, announced the Foundation on 20/06/2026.

He succeeds Lucian Peppelenbos, at this position since March 2023, and will work alongside co-chair Marguerite Culot-Horth (Groupe Caisse des dépôts). The Target setting working group aims to "support financial institutions in setting nature-related targets aligned with science".

In his new role, he will "help guide discussions, shape priorities and advance collaboration on biodiversity-related topics across the financial sector".

Holder of a master in finance from the Paris Dauphine-PSL University, Titouan Barbier previously worked as financial controller at Arkéa. He was also internal control analyst, and internal control officer at Ubisoft. Before that, he was Senior Financial auditor at PwC France.
