Cinov Territoires & Environnement: Sabine El Moualy elected chair

Sabine El Moualy was elected President of Cinov Territoires & Environnement, an union within the Cinov Federation (covering the engineering, consultancy and digital sectors), at the union’s General Assembly on 18 May 2026. This union is active in the fields of biodiversity, sociology, spatial planning, urban planning, industry and economic development, as well as environmental management, project management and eco-innovation.

She holds a Master’s degree in Planning and Local Authorities as well as a PhD in Geography and Planning, obtained from the University of Rennes 2 in 2019. Sabine El Moualy is the manager of a cooperative (SCOP) specialising in integrating trees and, more broadly, nature into land-use planning and management projects. As a researcher, she also develops low-impact digital solutions to help preserve shared landscape resources.
