FR / Ademe: R. Engstrom, C. Bourillet and B. Gaume, members of the Board as representatives of the State

Régine Engstrom, Cédric Bourillet and Bertrand Gaume have been appointed as members of the Ademe Board of Directors in their capacity as representatives of the State, according to a decree from the Ministry for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Climate and Nature Negotiations, dated 10/06/2026 and published in the Official Journal on 12/06/2026.

Régine Engstrom, Deputy Director-General for Risk Prevention at the Ministry for Ecological Transition since 2024, has been appointed on the recommendation of the Minister for the Environment, replacing Cédric Bourillet.

Cédric Bourillet, Director-General for Energy and Climate since May 2026, has been appointed on the recommendation of the Minister for Energy, replacing Sophie Mourlon.

Bertrand Gaume, Prefect of the Nord and the Hauts-de-France region since February 2024, has been appointed on the recommendation of the Minister for the Interior, replacing Fabienne Buccio.
