FR / Professional packaging EPR: Citeo Pro, Léko Pro and Twiice approved as eco-organisations

Citeo Pro, Léko Pro and Twiice have been approved as eco-organisations for the management of professional packaging and packaging waste under the EPR scheme, they announced separately on 08/06/2026. EPR for professional packaging (EPRO) comes into force in France on 01/07/2026, according to a decree published in the Official Journal on 18/11/2025.

" This accreditation represents a clear commitment on our part to the 1.7 million businesses concerned: turning a regulatory constraint into a concrete lever for environmental performance, without disrupting the existing economic balance", says Julien Dubourg, Executive Chairman of Citeo Pro.

The implementing rules for the obligation on producers of packaging used to market products consumed or used by professionals to contribute to or provide for the collection, reuse and recycling of waste from their packaging were published in the Journal Officiel in November 2025.

All producers involved in marketing products and their so-called "professional" packaging must join one of these eco-organisations in order to be in compliance from 01/07/2026.
