Axa Climate: sale of the Climate School to the Apave group, specialists in risk management

Axa Climate is selling its Climate School to the Apave Group, a risk management specialist, announced Antoine Denoix, CEO of Axa Climate, on Linkedin on 02/06/2026.

Founded in 2021 and led by Antoine Poincaré, Climate School has fifty employees in France, Europe, and India, and reported €10M in revenue in 2025.

"This transaction marks an important milestone for Axa Climate", said Antoine Denoix. "It validates our model: understanding the structural needs related to climate adaptation, identifying cost-effective solutions to address them, and supporting entrepreneurs in scaling up. Following this significant divestment in training, Axa Climate will continue to develop its conglomerate by expanding into other businesses, with the goal of helping make today’s and tomorrow’s world more insurable."
