FR / Ecosystem: Géraldine Poivert appointed General Director by the Board of directors

Géraldine Poivert has been appointed General Director of Ecosystem, the eco-organisation responsible for the repair, reuse and recycling of electrical equipment and batteries, on 01/06/2026.

She succeeds Pierre Perron, who was appointed in July 2025 to ensure the transition following the departure of the previous General Director, Nathalie Yserd, who had been in post since 2021.

A graduate of Sciences Po Aix, Géraldine Poivert began her career in 2000 as advisor to the Chairman and then Director of Public, Legal and Economic Affairs at the Fédération des entreprises du Commerce et de la Distribution (FCD).

In 2007, she was appointed Managing Director of Ecofolio, the company responsible for collecting, recycling and eco-designing paper in France, before joining Citeo in 2017 as Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, she co-founded and directed (Re)set, a consultancy dedicated to helping companies and manufacturers make their environmental and economic transition.
