Offshore wind energy: Ming Yang Europe joins the Norwegian Offshore Wind industry association

Ming Yang Europe is joining Norwegian Offshore Wind, the Norwegian offshore wind industry association, announced the Chinese manufacturer's European subsidiary on 28/05/2026.

"For us, this is more than just a membership. It is further proof of our clear commitment to local partnerships, local innovation and local production in Europe", says Horatio Evers, CEO of Ming Yang Europe.

" Norway is the birthplace of floating offshore wind, and Norwegian Offshore Wind (NOW) has built an industry community from which we sincerely want to learn and to which we want to contribute. […] Being part of NOW puts us alongside the developers, suppliers and research institutes that will shape the next decade of offshore wind. We look forward to bringing our expertise to this discussion", says the turbine manufacturer.
