Equipe de France de l'Électrification: "Produce, connect, electrify, reindustrialise" (E. Macron)

"France can pride itself on being a major electricity power, which is an asset in the current geopolitical context. Now we need to make electricity prices visible and stable, so that households and businesses can have confidence in us and so that we can accelerate our strategy. How do we turn this competitive advantage into reality? By continuing to invest over the long term, and to do that we need to produce, connect, electrify and re-industrialise", declared Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, to the "Equipe de France de l'Electrification" (players from the building and public works, industry, transport and energy sectors) during a meeting at the Palais de l'Élysée on 26/05/2026.

The various players took this opportunity to present solutions to support and facilitate the electrification of France, for both households and companies. This initiative completes the 22 measures of the Government's electrification plan unveiled on 23/04/2026.

• 10,000 EV charging points by 2030 in Leclerc supermarket car parks;
