Voltalia: Bertrand Cousin appointed Chairman of the Board following the resignation of Laurence Mulliez

Bertrand Cousin has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the French RE player Voltalia with effect from 21/05/2026, following the resignation of Laurence Mulliez, Voltalia announced on 20/05/2026.

Laurence Mulliez had chaired the group since 2014 and had been a member of the Board since 2011. Bertrand Cousin has been an independent director of Voltalia since 15/05/2025 and also chairs the audit committee. "He has recognised expertise in finance, governance and support for international growth companies, with more than 30 years' experience in France and abroad", says Voltalia.

The Board of Directors has also decided to co-opt, on a provisional basis, Isabelle Kocher, co-founder and Chairman of Blunomy, as a director, replacing Laurence Mulliez. The co-option will be submitted for ratification at a forthcoming AGM. It also appoints Emmanuelle Lemer as censor with effect from 21/05/2026.
