GreenYellow has raised €800M, announced the group specializing in decentralised energy transition, on 27/04/2026.

This is the largest financing round ever raised by the group. It increases the Group's resources by 35% in order to:
• "accelerate the roll-out of its integrated, high value-added offering;
• support an active dynamic of targeted acquisitions;
• and develop new technological building blocks to serve the convergence of its offering platform".

"This historic €800m financing marks a strategic turning point for GreenYellow. It gives us the means to achieve our mission: to free businesses from the volatility of energy prices by combining independence and decarbonisation. In a market where energy has become the main driver of industrial competitiveness, we are moving up a gear to guarantee our customers control over their energy bills", says Otmane Hajji, Chairman of GreenYellow.

The transaction refinances the group's existing corporate debt. It is structured around GreenYellow's historic group of international lenders, joined by new international banks.
