Textiles EPR reform: "Towards the industrialisation of a genuine recycling sector" (French Ministry)

"Orienting the Extended Producer Responsibility for textiles, footwear and household linen (EPR TLC) towards the industrialisation of a genuine recycling sector in France" is the objective of the reform announced by Mathieu Lefèvre, Minister Delegate for Ecological Transition, on 23/04/2026, after more than a year of consultation.
