French ministry for Energy : F. Tirana appointed decarbonisation advisor, L. De Oliveira Europe advisor

Florian Tirana has been appointed decarbonation and planning adviser in the cabinet of Maud Bregeon, the French Minister attached to the Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industrial, Energy and Digital Sovereignty, with responsibility for energy, by an order published in the Journal officiel on 28/04/2026.

Loïc De Oliveira has also been appointed Europe and International Adviser, with effect from 01/04/2026

Florian Tirana was Energy Adviser in the Office of the Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industrial, Energy and Digital Sovereignty from January to March 2026. From September 2022 to January 2026, he was also a project officer and head of office at the DGEC.

Loïc De Oliveira has been climate and decarbonation adviser in the office of Monique Barbut, Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Negotiations on Climate and Nature, since October 2025. From October to December 2024, he was also advisor on sobriety, consumption and energy efficiency in the office of Olga Givernet, when she was Minister Delegate for Energy.
