France 2030: €25M for a national digital twin launched by IGN, Inria and Cerema

25 M€ has been granted to the Junn (Jumeau numérique national) project to develop digital twins of French territories as part of France 2030, announced the Ministries of Ecological Transition and Artificial Intelligence and the General Secretariat for Investment (SGPI) on 13/04/2026.
