WTW: Jean-François Marchi appointed Director of Natural Resources

Jean-François Marchi has been appointed to the newly created position of Natural Resources Director for the French market at WTW, one of the world's leading consultancy, brokerage and software solutions companies.

The Natural Resources sector includes energy infrastructure, the mining and metallurgy industries, chemicals, traditional energies, including hydrocarbons, and renewable energies.
Jean-François Marchi holds a general engineering degree in Energy Systems and Resources from ESME, and also trained at the Institut Français du Pétrole (IFPEN).

Jean-François Marchi has over 15 years' experience in the energy and construction industry, gained on major international projects with groups such as TechnipFMC, Saipem and Vinci. He then joined the Scor group as an underwriter specialising in energy risks, before becoming EMEA Sales Director at SCOR SBS.

He is Chairman of the Grands Risques commission at APREF (Association des professionnels de la Réassurance) and a member of Cercle Lab.
