31 MW is the capacity of the floating solar power plant commissioned by TotalEnergies and Holcim in Obourg (Belgium) on 20/03/2026.

It was installed on a former chalk extraction site rehabilitated as a lake, close to Holcim's cement kiln. The project is part of the company's "GO4ZERO" decarbonisation project.
