Idex enters the Italian market; partnership signed with Co-Ver Power Technology

Idex, a French company specialising in energy infrastructure, has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Co-Ver Power Technology to enter the Italian energy market on 19/03/2026.

The agreement between the two organisations covers the development of decarbonisation solutions without raising equity capital from manufacturers. Idex and its partner wish to develop projects to convert existing assets to biomethane, biomass and industrial heat recovery, to participate in the decarbonisation of new industrial sites with energy supply and to work on the development of district heating and cooling networks.

Co-Ver specialises in the design, construction and operation of energy infrastructures. The Italian company has assets in cogeneration, trigeneration (electricity, heating & cooling) and photovoltaics.
