Voltalia: 3 GW in operation and a return to net profit as objectives for 2026

Voltalia targets approximately 3.7 GW of capacity in operation and under construction in 2026, including around 3 GW in operation; EBITDA of between €210 m and €230 m, including €190 m to €210 m from energy sales; and a positive net result, the company announced on 10/03/2026.

"We activated a number of transformation levers in 2025; 2026 will be a year of acceleration," said Robert Klein, Chief Executive Officer of Voltalia, during the results presentation on 12/03/2026. The group launched its "Spring" transformation plan in September 2025, following a strategic review initiated when Robert Klein took office in January 2025. The objective is to achieve self-financed growth of 300 to 400 MW per year between 2026 and 2030.

In 2025, Voltalia began refocusing its activities, geographical footprint and technologies. According to Robert Klein, the group decided to "rationalise" its portfolio, retaining only the most mature projects with the highest chances of success. Capacity under development was therefore reduced from 17 GW to 12 GW by the end of 2025.
