Ming Yang Europe: Peter Wolf appointed Director of transport and installation

Peter Wolf is appointed Director of transport and installation of Ming Yang Europe, announced Horatio Evers, CEO Europe of the wind turbine manufacturer, on 21/02/2026.

A Graduated from the Bremen University of Applied Sciences, in nautical sciences, Peter Wolf joined SAL Heavy Lift in 2010 as Nautical officer. He worked then as project manager in Offshore heavy lift logistics for Strabag.

In 2013, he became Senior project manager for marine operations and in 2017, Principal project manager on these subjects for DNV GL (Germanischer Lloyd industrial services oil and gas). Peter Wolf then joined Siemens Gamesa as Global head of heavy lifting and Head of technical development offshore.

As the new Director of transport and installation, Peter Wolf will "report to Marc Sala, Chief technology officier of Ming Yang Europe", specified Horatio Evers.
