SIA 2026: InVivo and TotalEnergies sign partnership agreement to promote energy transition

InVivo and TotalEnergies sign a new partnership to support the energy transition on the French farming sector, at the Salon international de l'agriculture 2026 (Paris, France), on 23/02/2026.

" We need to work with our partner cooperatives and various farming organisations to see how we can roll out a technology that works today and is profitable for farming," said Thierry Blandinières, CEO of InVivo, a leading French cooperative player, when the partnership was signed. "

The aim of the partnership is to develop energy and agronomic solutions that will make farms more self-sufficient, create new sources of income for farmers and contribute to France's agricultural and energy sovereignty. It will cover the following areas:
• the development of sustainable energy solutions at farm and industry level (methanisation, agrivoltaics);
• innovation and digitalisation to manage energy and agronomic performance;
• support for local areas in close collaboration with agricultural cooperatives.
