Anne-Laure Charpenet has been elected president of France Mobilité Biogaz on 16/02/2026, the association announced on 20/02. She succeeds Erwan Cotard, currently head of international affairs at Engie, who chaired the association for three years.

Anne-Laure Charpenet is director of energy transition for transport at the La Poste group, where she has worked for eight years.

"Anne-Laure has steered the decarbonisation of La Poste Group's road transport, increasing the proportion of low-carbon kilometres from 0% to 20% in four years, thanks to a multi-energy strategy in which biogas has played a key role," explains France Mobilité Biogaz.

Before joining La Poste, Anne-Laure Charpenet held a number of management positions in the PSA group, now renamed Stellantis.

At France Mobilité Biogaz, she will be supported by two vice-presidents:
• Clément Chandon, head of alternative energies at Iveco France;
• and Laure-Anne Mounet, deputy sales director of GNVert (Engie Solutions).
