Vestas: €18.8 Bn in sales in 2025 (+ 9%); 16.3 GW of new orders

Vestas revenue in 2025 is set at 18.8 Bn€, according to the Danish group on 05/02/2026. This is a 9% increase compared with 2024 at 17.3 Bn€. Onshore activities accounted for 12.6 Bn€, services 3.8 Bn€, and offshore 2.4 Bn€.

The Ebit margin before exceptional items was 5.7%, compared with 4.3% in 2024. "Vestas has achieved its highest level of sales and profitability to date, at the top end of our forecast range, which is a solid performance in a volatile global economic environment. Growth in onshore wind, offshore wind and services led to sales of €18.8 Bn, while our Ebit margin of 5.7% reflects the continued improvement in execution in onshore wind and a performance in the Service segment in line with expectations," said Henrik Andersen, CEO of Vestas.

The Group booked 16.3 GW of new orders, representing €17.4 Bn, and the combined backlog of the Solutions and Service businesses reached €71.9 Bn. "The increase in onshore wind activity, particularly in EMEA, offset the decline in offshore orders over the year", said the turbine manufacturer.
