The first three winners of France 2030's "Corimer Navire bas carbone" call for projects were unveiled at the Euromaritime trade fair held in Marseille from 03 to 05/02/2026, the French government announced on 04/02.

Covering several areas of maritime decarbonisation (alternative propulsion, operational optimisation and advanced routing), the following projects have been selected:

• Awake, supported by Beyond the Sea, Zelin, Madintec and IMS: a kite-powered sailing project developing an integrated, automated solution that is easy to install on board a ship, and that can be used for both new construction and retrofitting. Its aim is to offer a cost-effective decarbonisation solution that can be industrialised on a large scale.

• Eco-suite, supported by Spinergie: the aim is to create two complementary tools dedicated to the energy efficiency of offshore operations. One models the environmental performance of ships using public data. The other will help shipowners and charterers to reduce their emissions through operational optimisation.
