FR / State Budget 2026: €64m of appropriations carried over for ecology

64M€ are carried over to the 2026 budget for the Ecology, Development and Sustainable Mobility mission by an order of the Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Negotiations on Climate and Nature and the Minister for Action and Public Accounts dated 28/01/2026 and published in the Official Journal of 31/01/2026.

This amount breaks down as follows:
• €58.4m for Mission 217 "Conduct and management of policies for ecology, sustainable development and mobility";
• €3.7m for Mission 205 "Maritime affairs, fisheries and aquaculture";
• €2m for Mission 113 "Landscapes, water and biodiversity";
• €23,669 for Mission 181 "Risk prevention".

8.9M€ are also being carried forward for the Recovery Plan, and more specifically for its 362 programme dedicated to ecology, by an order of the Minister for Action and Public Accounts dated 30/01/2026.
