Wind power: WindEurope's 2027 annual event in Copenhagen (Denmark) from 20 to 22/04/2027

The 2027 edition of WindEurope's annual wind energy event will take place from 20 to 22/04/2027 in Copenhagen (Denmark). Registration for the event will open in December 2026.

The aim of the event is to bring together the European wind energy industry around the issues of competitiveness, energy security and decarbonisation.

" Europe is facing new challenges from all sides, and restoring our competitiveness is a top priority. As a local, affordable and abundant source of energy, wind power can offer a new economic perspective as well as a secure and low-carbon future for the continent. WindEurope's annual event is the place where the entire industry can plan the sector's ramp-up and collectively meet these challenges. We are delighted to be returning to Denmark, the birthplace of wind energy", says the association.

The 2026 edition will take place from 21 to 23/04/2026 at IFEMA in Madrid (Spain). The 2025 event, which was also held in Copenhagen, attracted 16,200 participants and 557 exhibitors from across the wind energy value chain.
