Valorem: Corentin Sivy appointed Managing Director of the French renewable energy operator

Corentin Sivy officially entered his new function of Managing Director of the French renewable energy operator Valorem, on 07/01/2026.

In this role, he will be responsible for "accelerating the company’s development in France and internationally, reinforcing its role as an independent pioneer in renewable energy, and strengthening its contribution to energy sovereignty and the ecological transition", Valorem said.

A graduate from Aix-Marseille University, Sherbrooke University (Energy, environment and natural ressources law) and holder of an MBA from Edhec Business School, Corentin Sivy has nearly 20 years’ experience, "with leading energy players, giving him a strategic and international perspective on the challenges of the energy transition.

After more than ten years as Director of Development (France) at BayWa r.e., he joined Q Energy as Deputy CEO France.
