Energy Pool: Caroline Mugniéry appointed Head of Human Resources

Caroline Mugniéry has been appointed Director of Human Resources at Energy Pool (Le Bourget-du-Lac, Savoie), a European operator in real-time modulation of electricity consumption, News Tank learnt on 22/12/2025.

She held previously the position of CSR & Acquisition Talent Manager within the company since April 2025.

Energy Pool is a company specialising in the development and operation of solutions for optimising energy consumption, in particular modulation of electricity consumption. The company operates in France, Japan, Turkey and the Netherlands. Energy Pool has 400 employees and is expected to achieve sales of €100m by 2024. It was founded in 2009.
