Naval Group: Vincent Le Biez appointed Executive Vice President Finance and Real Estate

Vincent Le Biez has been appointed Executive Vice President in charge of Finance and Real Estate at Naval Group with effect from 05/01/2026, the company said on 18/12/2025.

He held the position of Head of the Environment, Energy, Transport and Housing Division in the cabinet of Prime Minister François Bayrou, then of Sébastien Lecornu, from September 2024 to November 2025.

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines, he began his career as a project manager for the French agency in charge of nuclear waste (Andra), before heading the DRIEE's Energy, Climate and Vehicles department (2010-2013). He then moved to the DG Treasury (2013-2015) and then to the Agence des participations de l'État (2015-2022). "I have already had the honour of discovering Naval Group by representing the State on its Board of Directors from 2019 to 2022," he said.
He then served as deputy to the interministerial delegate for the new nuclear programme from 2022 to 2024, before joining the Prime Minister's office.
