3Degrees : David Dines (Cargill) appointed chair of the Risk management Committee

David Dines is appointed to the Board of directors of 3Degrees, global climate solutions provider, effective since 08/12/2025. He will serve as chair of the Risk management Committee of the board and a member of its Human Capital Committee.

He was previously Chief financial officer and corporate senior Vice-President at Cargill. He was also a member of Cargill’s Commodity Risk, Financial Risk, and Process, Data, and Technology Committees.

Before that, he had leadership experience across global energy, commodities, financial services, transportation, and industrial markets. In addition, Dines "has held board leadership roles in multiple nonprofit organizations, currently serving on the board of the Guthrie Theater and as a trustee for the Center for Creative Leadership", 3Degrees said.
