Wind farms : new contract won in France and Belgium by the Nordex Group for a total capacity of 102 MW

The Nordex Group "has won new contracts in France and Belgium, covering the delivery and installation of 28 wind turbines for seven wind farms", has announced the German wind turbines manufacturing company on 09/12/2025.

The installations will take place in the French regions Pays de la Loire Normandie and Grand Est as well as in the Ardennes and Wallonia in Belgium, and "are scheduled to begin in 2026 and 2027".

"The orders for different turbine types comprise a total capacity of 102 MW", including 77MW in France and 25MW in Belgium. "Each contract includes a multi-year service and maintenance agreement to ensure long-term turbine performance and reliability", the Nordex Group said.

On 03/12, the company had also won a new contract in Poland from "an international independent power producer" and secured "a 118 MW order". To date, "the Nordex Group has installed over 600 wind turbines in Poland, representing a total installed capacity of 1.7 GW".
