CEFLEX: Arne Jost, Mike Jefferson and Liz Morrish appointed new Leadership Team from 01/01/2026

Arne Jost will join the new Leadership Team of CEFLEX (Circular Economy for Flexible Packaging initiative) as Head of Policy and External Affairs on 01/01/2026, alongside Mike Jefferson and Liz Morrish, announced the association on 21/11/2025. He is currently Senior Manager Circularity, Packaging and Consumer Goods Adhesives at Henkel and previously served on the CEFLEX Steering Committee.

“The coming years will be decisive for meeting circularity targets and for CEFLEX’s role in Europe’s packaging transition. Our immediate priority is to build on our main strength, the people and partnerships behind CEFLEX, by providing real added value and a clear operational plan for our mandate to 2030", he said.

The two other members of the Leadership Team already work within CEFLEX. Mike Jefferson will lead Circular Economy Implementation, covering EPR, recycling, sorting and collection.
