FR / Conseil National de la Transition Ecologique: ten new members appointed, 17 members reappointed

Ten people have been appointed members of the Conseil National de la Transition Ecologique (National Council for Ecological Transition) by order of the Minister for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity and International Negotiations on Climate and Nature, dated 05/11 and published in the Official Journal on 13/11/2025.

They are :
• Jean-Baptiste Marre, head of the scientific, policy and legal department at Surfrider Foundation Europe, appointed to the college representing environmental protection associations, replacing Nathalie Van den Broeck;
• Laura Thieblemont, co-president of Friends of the Earth France, appointed to the same college, replacing Martine Laplante, former president of the association;
• Jean-Marc Boulanger, French trade union CFTC staff representative at Accenture and member of the CFTC group dedicated to the ecological transition, within the college representing cross-industry employee organisations, replacing Denis Lavat;
• Jean-Noël Saussol, within the same college and on behalf of the French trade union CGT;
• Maxime Buizard-Blondeau, President of the CVL Chambres…
