OJEU: publication of FAQs on the implementation of European Green Bonds (Regul. 2023/2631 clarification)

The European Commission issued a communication to help financial actors handle European Green Bonds with a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document providing clarifications on certain requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/2631. The objective of this Notice is to support stakeholders implementing the voluntary new European Green Bond standard and contribute to the European Commission’s efforts to make the EU’s sustainable finance framework more user-friendly.
The 25 questions and answers relate to EUGB (European Green Bonds) and EU Taxonomy, factsheets and prospectus issuance, and external reviews.
