FR / Grand port maritime de la Martinique: Bruno Fulda appointed Deputy Government Commissioner

Bruno Fulda has been appointed Deputy Government Commissioner at the Grand Port Maritime de la Martinique, by an order of the Minister for Transport published in the Journal Officiel on 05/11/2025. He replaces Pascal Hornung, who has held this post since 2017 and who has retired.

Bruno Fulda has been an inspector at the IGEDD (Inspection Générale de l'Environnement et du Développement Durable) since September 2022. He was previously a counsellor and head of the Ecology, Sustainable Development, Energy and Transport Department at the French Embassy in the United States between 2014 and 2017, then a general engineer at the IGEDD between 2017 and 2022.
